Community is free. Business and Service Provider are one-time purchases, list price €250 net and €950 net, for business customers only (§ 14 BGB), sold in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the UK at launch. Everything you need to back up is free; everything your organization needs to sign off on is Business.
Early access. Early access: Osiris is in closed beta. Business and Service Provider licences are sold now at 30% off. You get the licence for good and every feature the edition adds during the beta, as it ships. Today, Service Provider already unlocks multiple tenants and the cross-tenant API; Business currently adds nothing beyond Community. No dates are promised. Not to be used as your only backup.

None of these prices depend on how many mailboxes or tenants you protect. Mailbox and tenant counts are an honour rule, not a technically enforced limit: we trust you to buy the edition that matches how you use Osiris. What "one-time purchase" means
- A licence is verified offline by a signed key: no phone-home check, nothing that can remotely disable the software, and no subscription that lapses.
- All updates are included for as long as we actively develop Osiris. If we ever stop, we will announce it at least twelve months in advance and publish the Business and Service Provider modules under the AGPL. Your installation then keeps running without a licence key.
- Licences include the software and all updates. No support is included.
Backup and restore are complete in every edition and never limited by price or a mailbox count: the editions differ by what's added on top, not by what's held back.

What's not for sale
There is no hosted Osiris and nothing metered by usage. Osiris runs on infrastructure you or your IT provider controls; seesecurity and sovereignty on the overview page for what that means for your encryption keys and your storage.
